The location is magnificent for exploring London. It's worth staying here and exploring Westminster Borough district;))

I had a really enjoyable stay at this budget hotel. I liked the room with a window high up towards the ceiling, the bed was comfortable. Central heating, TV, and a work desk worked well. Most of the staffs were helpful. Magnificent and unbeatable location, it was not far from cafes near by and the main shopping area and restaurants. Btw, I was a 10-15 minute walk from a Hyde park...

It's quiet place to stay 3 km away from Buckingham Palace. The location is handy: in a quiet street. Would stay again in this shopping area. The rooms are huge with a fan and iron/board and the staff are pleasant...

Room was fine, nice and quiet, really helpful lady on the front desk (she located my course building and gave me travel advice and advised about local restaurants), location was great.
Breakfast was poor, general hotel areas were not welcoming at all, scruffy and ill-kept.

Great location! It's super close to all the main shops, restaurants, Marble Arch, and the surrounding area. Plus, it's right by Westbourne. 🏙️

The hotel was 150 m from Marble Arch underground.
The room was too small (1,60 x 3,0) and too noisy. No service at all provided, no security (could not even lock the door!!!). Too expensive for what it offered.

The rooms are always warm and huge with a bath, a window high up towards the ceiling, and a ceiling fan. the location is excellent, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Hyde Park.

I liked the proximity, very close to the Oxford Street for shopping.
The breakfast choices were very restricted.

I found the whole experience deplorable.
We were in the basement apartment with the hot water pipes going past making the room stifling. It stunk of stale cigarettes. The windows to the street did not lock. The fire alarm was taped up with masking tape and would not pass any form of inspection. It was expensive- It might be in a good location but that does not justify the price and conditions we were placed in.
