Great location, but noisy neighbors

Had a decent stay. The place is super close to Oxford and Bond St, which was a big plus! The breakfast was tasty too. But my room was right next to the public loo, so yeah, not the best. Plus, the window had a gap, and it got kinda chilly at night.

Rooms could use a thorough cleaning!!! Filthy carpets and flickering lights are a turn-off!!! Maintenance could improve on shower function and general upkeep of furnishings!!! The usage of outdated decor doesn't provide a welcoming atmosphere!!!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the beautiful James Park and Madame Tussauds, both a pleasant walk from our stay. The central location is a big plus, and although the place is simple, it served our needs without breaking the bank. Just remember, it's not a luxury spot, but perfect for a fun group trip.
